Pros
Mostly good growth for those motivated, very nice employer in terms of benefits and remote (also supportive through Covid), lots of options in terms of work, teams, growth.
Cons
Possibly going through a culture change as it reconciles an outspoken senior leadership with it's core value that *used* to contain 'Be Modest'. So sometimes it is not managing to progress quietly successful people.
