Hi Guys, As per my experience aglasem office environment culture is like a school. Where there is a monitor in the team. There is no scope for learning because TL don't have the knowledge of any coding and don't have knowledge about the basic of HTML. And Team leader (TL) having only 2yrs exp. , they are like student of any school. This organisation don't have the management how to manage the office and the office boy are behave like they are Manager of the office. In the Aglasem, if your phone rang randomly or you talk to another employee, people will stare you, like a criminal. Infact you cann't stand in our seat or can not meet any friend in office. Also, There is a keka software for the attendence, the worst keka software i never seen in my entire life. In which you have to clock in or clock out or washroom and drinking water. The management having the small kids type employee for discipline chairmen or member person.
