      Pros

      Wonderful things to say about Agilus, the company has a great culture and are very accommodating. They push you to thrive and give you the tools to do so!

      Cons

      With such a large corporate team, sometimes it is difficult to find the person you need to assist you with your inquiry. Also, a required 3 days in the office can sometimes be an issue with traffic and commuting. Would be better to have maybe 2 days required in office.

      Good local co-workers and nice office

      Cons

      Leadership is secretive and weak - panic leads to bullying if you don't meet your numbers. Other divisions are treated better

      No real cons for me time with them - about a year.
