Cons
The turnover rate at this company is alarmingly high. Over the past two years, there have been layoffs and numerous sudden terminations, contributing to a stressful work environment that's driving many employees to leave. It's concerning that during layoffs, the company opts to hire new, inexperienced staff to replace tenured employees, presumably for lower wages.
Furthermore, the performance evaluation process is skewed, with upper management adjusting review scores to 'evaluate evenly,' resulting in smaller bonuses for employees. Additionally, the expectation of working long hours, sometimes through the night, is often due to poor planning and a desperate need to make money from leadership.
The presence of inappropriate relationships among coworkers in leadership adds another layer of discomfort. Overall, there's a sense of unfair and unbalanced treatment, dictated by the whims of upper management. This kind of environment fosters stress and undermines morale.
