      There aren’t really any pros

      Cons

      Expect you to in a lot of effort but do not pay the industry standards. Their sister company that provides the same services pays their employees almost double what they pay. CS Specialists are expected to do the job of CRSM but do not receive any bonus pay for meeting deliverables

      Former office at WeWork in downtown, some really good team members with great work initiative.

      Cons

      Management was generally stretched too thin to help assist in developing talent. Saw a high Turnover rate during my stint as resources for developing skills needed to excel were not readily available as well as a poor onboarding experience. Some good
