The company truly understands the importance of work-life balance. Flex Fridays during summers, Holidays Shut Down during Christmas give us the flexibility interms of personal lives and productivity at work. Tools and Resources standout aspects of working at Agility. A Cross-functional collaboration with different teams is always encouraged and it's a great learning experience. In terms of Employee recognition, while there may be room for improvements in terms of salary increases but Agility does a good job of recognizing. Overall Rating: 4.5/5
Cons
Company offers an RRSP matching program, the contribution is relatively low. It would be great to see increase in matching. Working remotely is a positive aspect of our job, but it would be helpful if the company could provide some financial support for remote work-related expenses.
