Pros
none other than the great operational crew - top management/HR should all be replaced, I do not understand how this canadian operation is even allowed to exist in the market!
Cons
Staff consistently underpaid, management on the other hand give themselves high bonuses/wage increases every year. No bonuses for staff at all, all monies divided between head office and finance department with the CEO's approval. Highest turnover I have ever seen.
