      Pros

      Agilico is a very diverse business with a wide range of teams that offer niche skill sets. The service teams are the core to business success and they make it work so well!

      Cons

      Management - this is where the business falls apart... Everything is becoming more and more micro managed, there is no freedom or progression anymore. It has gone from a company that I loved working for, to a dictatorship.
