Pros

Timely Salary: The company ensures salary is credited on time. Exposure to Multiple Tasks: You might get to work on different aspects of a project, which can help you learn under pressure. Opportunity for Freshers: For someone just starting out, this may provide a short-term opportunity to gain experience (though at a cost).

Cons

No Work-Life Balance: The workload is excessive with constant pressure. There’s no respect for personal time or well-being. No Emergency WFH Flexibility: Even in genuine health situations, WFH requests are denied. You’re expected to work no matter your condition. Zero Appreciation: Hard work and dedication go unnoticed. Management rarely acknowledges effort or results. Unstable Policies: Company policies are changed frequently without informing employees, creating confusion and instability. No Job Security: Employees can be fired at any time without a valid reason. There's no transparency or notice — they do as they please. Toxic Work Culture: There's no friendly or supportive environment. It's a place where you're expected to "just work" with no empathy. Unfair Treatment & Favoritism: Employees who are connected with higher authorities get better packages and treatment, regardless of performance. Meanwhile, sincere and loyal employees are often sidelined or disrespected. Poor HR Management: The HR team is unprofessional, lacks empathy, and is not supportive. Employee concerns are ignored or brushed aside. Office Politics: Internal politics are deeply rooted. Progression and recognition are often based on favoritism rather than merit. No Learning Culture: There's no structured growth or upskilling support. You’re on your own, under pressure, with no proper guidance. Final Thoughts: If you're looking for a healthy work culture, professional growth, respect, and stability — this is not the place. The company focuses only on output, with no regard for the people behind the work. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and fully research before considering a role here. Tools
