      Great opportunity to learn position Willing to give people a chance even if new to area/role Flexible

      Lack of benefits BEWARE: this company has had mutiple layoffs, so you take that risk and there is no severence, so you will walk in one day find out a group of people have lost their job and they now have to scramble to figure out how to pay bills until they get a new one Don't even "preach" what they sell They put people in leadership who have no business there and then will AWAYS take their side even if they are in the wrong, so make sure to document EVERYTHING. They are a "we are a family" type of company -aka will work you to the bone to the point of burn out. No room for upward growth

      Unfortunately, this review includes false information (including length of time with the company). I would assume this is a contractor that was let go due to lack of performance. While we can understand the frustration that comes along with termination of a contract agreement, these comments do not truly reflect the company, culture nor leadership. Many false & inaccurate details were shared - we’ve reported this with Glassdoor.

      Pros

      The diversity here is amazing for a small company in Omaha, NE. Everyone is very accepting of others and there is always something fun to learn about each other. The empowerment of the employees is unrivaled. We make our own decisions based on our knowledge and research. There are no micro managers at ATI. There are so many things to contribute to in helping this company grow - it's been a great ride! We're a family here and our lives outside the office matter just as much as our work in the office. The ability to do your work, without major instruction, and still be there for your kids is so refreshing.

      Cons

      We are growing very rapidly and constantly make changes so if you like mundane routine or straight courses, this is not the place for you!
