Pros
RESPECT & UNDERSTANDING. These are the two things that I love the most about working with Agile Talent. I have been with this company for almost 3 years now and my boss has never judged me, disrespected me or treated me as just an employee.
Working with Agile Talent gives me the freedom to explore my talent more. The managers have never doubted my ability and have always given me the tools and encouragement to stay strong in this rollercoaster job. In fact they are always there to make sure that I can achieve and be more.
I know nothing will last forever, and when the time comes I can look back and say we had a great run and it's my pleasure to be a part of Agile Talent Family.
Cons
As a company they are not focussed on growing a big team of recruiters. This means that for those recruiters that want a structured and hierarchical career path into ‘Team Lead’ and ‘Divisional Manager’, it’s unlikely that this opportunity will ever exist in Agile Talent.
