Pros
Lots of overtime if you want it. Unfortunately, the overtime is not optional. It was optional in my country after a labour rights investigation, but it won't be anywhere else and they closed our site. Benefits ok Good if you need a job. High turnover rate so they're always hiring
Cons
No work-life balance, unfair metrics, low wages, limited options for promotions, forced overtime, extremely high work load (not a single second of downtime), difficulty in booking vacation, poor work life balance, insensitive to life outside work (i.e., death in family), inconsistency in management, training, and employee success, high school level gossiping and drama, high turnover rate, they outright lie to you about certain topics With how the metrics work part of keeping your job will depend on luck They will want your calls to be inhumanely fast but also want you to take time with each customer. Your job is at risk if not fast enough. It's at risk if you don't take time. It's an unfair game they ask employees to play, and all for the luxury of barely above minimum wage reimbursement If you can do this job you're already over qualified for the renumeration, go to college
