Pros
The building is air-conditioned & they had good benefits last year but not this year or the year before last so I guess this would kind of be a con then.
Cons
There are too many to name, however I will name a few, starting with poor management. People do not quit their job they quit their management, with that said when you hire a bunch of twenty-somethings to manage a supposed professional company and think that it will actually work out, what you really get is a gigantic high school that pays its employees to form cliques and pick and choose who will get special treatment and who will get bullied. They preach promotion from within to top agents but really what they do is find their top agents and instead of praise them they accuse them of manipulating their numbers only to find out that they are actually really good agents and then what they do is deny them from promoting and leave them on the phones to save their numbers whilst their management messes around with their friends and the top agents do their work for them. This place is an actual laughing joke. if you ever think about working for this company please thank a hundred times over before you sign any paperwork agreeing to let these people pay you only to fire you over someone else's mistake or because their friend doesn't like you. by the way I am a current employee these are just things I witness and I am a top agent who has been denied promotions and bonuses and everything under the sun just so I can save my teenage supervisors numbers so that they look good and I look like garbage and get no credit for doing their work so this place is terrible.
