- work from home, flexible -great opportunity (you don't have to source your own leads) -get to talk to realtors who are generally very fun to work with -ability to be successful -continuous training and growth
Cons
Some of the coworkers can make the culture a difficult place to be. There are definitely "legacy" salespeople who seem to get away with a lot.
