Accepting a job here was the single worst professional decision I've ever made. Months after leaving, I'm still in therapy trying to recover from the toxic treatment I endured at this company. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. From day one, I was subjected to invasive and inappropriate comments by a male coworker. This is completely unacceptable in any modern workplace. In-person team meetups routinely devolved into heated political debates, creating an environment that was hostile, divisive, uncomfortable, and completely unprofessional. To make things worse, the manager I was assigned to was a textbook example of someone unfit for leadership — zero emotional intelligence and no experience managing people. This person bullied me, gaslit me, took every opportunity to publicly humiliate me to the point that other employees noticed, and actively tried to get me fired. Their idea of “feedback” was yelling, falsely blaming, and orchestrating scenarios to make me look incompetent — all without proper training or support. The most disturbing moment? Being told that if I couldn’t “survive” at this company, I wouldn’t survive anywhere else. Bold claim, considering this place is barely surviving itself. The company itself is a disorganized mess. They overwork and underpay everyone and provide laughable “benefits”. No paid healthcare premiums, no maternity leave (despite literally being a women’s healthcare company!) , and pathetic PTO. And don’t worry — you’ll be too burned out to take time off anyway, since they give three jobs’ worth of work to one person and call it an “opportunity.” High turnover isn’t a fluke here — it’s a direct result of how badly this place is run. If you’re considering applying here, don’t. Working here is like dating someone who ruins your life and then says, “you’re too sensitive.” Don’t walk. RUN. You deserve a workplace that respects your humanity. This company doesn’t.
