Coworkers are patient, adaptable, and enjoyable to collaborate with.

No benefit whatsoever, even company's laptop. My colleagues and I use our personal laptops, and management expects employees to perform exceptionally. There is no private insurance, no ISOP, no pension plan, no bonuses, and only a minimum salary. No benefits whatsoever—nothing at all. There is no clear organizational structure. Many employees have to juggle multiple job responsibilities, and numerous staff members hold a staff-level title and salary while handling strategic-level tasks—truly perplexing. If you're looking for a company that offers decent or even fair benefits and a well-defined career path, this is not the place for you. Do **not** join if those two factors matter to you in your career.
