Very mismanaged & leadership decisions don't make sense Only restaurant I've seen where a non-chef owner makes up the menu on her own whim Owner is shady - love bombs new team members under the pretense that they are a "love brand"; everything is "epic"; throws money at problems without fixing the real issues; her way or the highway (nobody in leadership or corporate will tell her "no" because she'll throw a fit)
