I don't see any PROS but i can see many Cons.

Unwelcoming environment most unfriendly employees and some of them had a tag on, you know what i meant not looking down but sadly true as well not being racist but overall employees rate 50%-M, 40%-I & 10%- C. 2 weeks training as promised but abandoned by Ops, taking over by normal staff to train by attaching with them, office sitting arrangement very cheapsket and there is no standard office chair. Please be reminded that this company wont be giving any good ordinary benefits and please be aware that your salary is fix, they wont be asking your last drawn salary and your expected salary before proceeding with your salary rate without any negotiations or discussion with you. Salary is little and job scope doesn't match. Applied for full time position but was given contract. Very disappointed. This place is a stepping stone for those people in that special category like ↓ Ex-convict/Handicap/Single parent. But we get to choose and we have a choice, so please find else where but not this place.

Free food once in a while. Some colleagues are fun.

So many cons because boss is manipulative conman. Too trusting with senior who is unloyal to the company yet don’t trust other staff. Only thing worse than the company is the clients.
