competitive pay flexibility tons of average to good benefits PTO and benefits from day one Employees below management level treat each other like family.
Cons
long hours VERY expensive benefits strong sense of nepotism within the company. not a lot of career development opportunities. If a spot is needed, it is typically filled by a close friend or family member of upper leadership instead of seriously trying to develop a standard for which a leader should be measured. Concerns that effect upper management are handled by throwing money or "favors" around to subdue the concern.
