      - We really live by our cultural values of Care Personally, Challenge Directly, Ask Why, Operate on the Day to Day, and Ownership - Lot of responsibility very quickly - Opportunity for career advancement - Company is growing extremely fast!

      Cons

      - If the values don't jive with your values it will be tough to be successful - Pace can be daunting at times

      Pros

      The culture here is fantastic- we move fast, work hard, and make changes constantly. There's no stagnation and the team is empowered to challenge the status quo. Everyone works remote and they pay 100% of healthcare coverage

      Cons

      This isn't a cakewalk, you are BUSY. Calls all day every day, back to back. If you don't like getting feedback from others this isn't a good fit. The only other con is they don't have a retirement match

      Great relationships in the team, big flexibility from the highest management

      Cons

      Accesses to the systems are shared hardly or not shared at all. No options to grow professionally
