- Near total lack of communication from leadership
- Top-heavy
- CEO Brett McMickell only interested in hiring old cronies from Honeywell
- $5,000 deductible healthcare plan
- Have survived multiple rounds of layoffs since my position began here less than 3 years ago
- Staff has been reduced and reduced again, to the point where everyone left is wearing so many hats that things are slipping through the cracks. Entire departments have been laid off but the work just gets shifted to the suckers who are left until they get frustrated or overworked and are laid off or quit, ad infinitum
- Company has a long history of mergers and acquisitions but nobody taking ownership for proper integration which leaves incredibly messy processes with little to no documentation
- Laid off entire marketing team months ago (still zero marketing employees) which is a clear indicator of AgJunction's belief in their own product. The company isn't even bothering going to trade shows anymore.
- Zero management buy-in for process documentation. If it works today, who cares about tomorrow?
- Limited upward mobility
