Pros
I expect the job due to flexible scheduling and to helping people.
Cons
I left do to a lack of training, direction, expectations, and focus. I have been to other jobs where I have received better training. I may not know the job 100% but I left training knowing that I can do it. Maybe have regions offices come up with their internal training program that support Aflac training. Teach your new agents how to be business owners.
