      Stable company with good fringe benefits. Can be a fun place to work most times.

      Cons

      Management of the investment division can be slow to react to changes in the market and to supplying the necessary resource for improvement initiatives.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
