Pros
Aflac has a great work life balance for their employees. They also recognize employees in a major way with their Employee Appreciation Week where they give out cash prizes from drawings, friendly competitions, and highly recognized employees who go above an beyond. A bonus is given every year. The company culture is conducive to a great work environment.
Cons
As a Fortune 100 company, you are just a number. Re-organization happens all the time and employees are moved around physically, job titles and duties are changed, and "worker ducks" get lost in direction.
