      Amazing company. Amazing products. Opportunity to really help others.

      Cons

      Reality of it is, you don't work for yourself and you're not your own boss. Limited possibility of advancement. Zero job security.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
