      Pros

      Pick your schedule, easy to follow sales system, no drug test

      Cons

      Constant rejection, bottom of a pyramid scheme, culture of laziness, sexual harassment, alcohol and drug use. Have to pay for everything out of pocket and keep track for taxes. getting the H&L insurance license can be difficult for some.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
