      Friendly working environment, close relationship with co-workers, good reputation, good training

      Cons

      Stay in the office to make about 200 phone calls everyday, there is no base salary, it is possible that you make 200 phone calls everyday but receive no money.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
