      - Set your own schedule - Work as often or as little as you like - Offer quality products - Doesn't require experience

      Cons

      - Salary is entirely commission based (may have changed since I worked there) - No medical benefits as you're an independent agent - Market saturation - All local business owners have been called and are typically irate.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
