Pros
Some coworkers were great, easy job
Cons
Mandatory to be in-office despite rent prices being literally unaffordable in FoCo on the wages they pay. Strong favoritism displayed by managers. Management is not competent at this company. No hope for raises. The "raise" they offer after a year is less than the cost-of-living increase. Was explicitly told by president, "Well we don't have to give raises at all." This is a good job for a short period, but you must have someone else to support you because you cannot live alone on the pay. There's also no hope to work long-term at the company as you will gradually make less and less each year due to raises being lower than the inflation rate. Most of the staff is middle aged/older people who are just content to have a job, but will tell you to move onto anything better because they, too, are aware this is a dying, futureless company.
