Pros

Excellent training and some very dedicated support workers.

Cons

So many.. No staff support, extremely poor management, safeguarding/cqc issues, not person centered, poor pay, horrendous hours, staff are at risk of burnout, health and safety issues, lack of enthusiasm from managers/teamleaders around company values and ethos, no rotas, out of date support plan/risk assessments, don't trust the whistle blowing policy they will break confidentiality, too much office time for managers, Upper senior management is extremely weak, you have a massive staff turn over, lack of staff meetings, supervisions....I could go on all day.

Naturally, your comments are concerning. However, I've checked support plans and risk assessments from the area you work and between 92% and 97% of them are up to date. Having worked in other organisations I know that these figures are good. However, I saw that only 76% of staff had one to one support meetings with their managers within the time period we require and this is being followed up.
