There were periods where it felt like secrets were apart of the normal but this has changed significantly in the last few months which is great to see.

Still have some of the young workforce here who need a good dose of reality - the grass is not always greener. Need more development of the senior leadership team as a few have left in my time here. Sometimes because it is a smaller company there is a bit of gossip but this can also keep things entertaining.
