Not commission based which means you get a consistent income, and the salaries are above what you would make with commission in a competitive and inconsistent market. Good training and support from senior team members. Moving towards hiring experienced workforce instead of young employees who think they are owed more more more. You get out what you put in. Nice social club activities like quarterly celebrations and events. Recognition of service and open EOI for promotions if you are deserving, at any time. There were periods where it felt like secrets were apart of the normal but this has changed significantly in the last few months which is great to see.

Still have some of the young workforce here who need a good dose of reality - the grass is not always greener. Need more development of the senior leadership team as a few have left in my time here. Sometimes because it is a smaller company there is a bit of gossip but this can also keep things entertaining.
