Pros
Familial feel. Management is easy going and easy to talk to. So long as you do your work and follow policies. I love that we get bonuses throughout the year.
Cons
There is an unpredictability with how crazy of a day we may have. But that's healthcare for you. Some days fast paced other days slower/nothing "crazy" happening.
