• Salaries are consistently delayed every single month without any clear communication. • Overtime work is expected as a norm, but never compensated — not even with a simple acknowledgment. • No proper break policy; employees are expected to work continuously without rest. • Working on Sundays is often forced, and there is no compensation or comp-off provided for it. • The manager does little to no actual work, pushes responsibilities onto subordinates, and refuses accountability. • The company is visibly in debt and financially unstable, which reflects in how poorly they treat staff. • High attrition rate — people leave frequently because of the toxic environment. • No clarity on incentives — they’ll make promises, but incentives are either delayed indefinitely or never paid. • Psychological pressure is common; employees are often mentally and emotionally drained due to poor leadership and unrealistic expectations.
