Pros
It is a miracle we can continue to exist. In 4 years we pivot 10 times. Pro is you can coast very easily. We have access to free money from Temasek and no investors to answer to. Many of us have been giving feedback for years but to no avail. 95% of company has quietly quit.
Cons
Nobody wants our product yet we insists (pretend?) it is going to change the world. Leadership has no prior experience building products, yet are considered gods. Nobody wants or needs our Identity Solution products. For a company with zero revenue we have become so top heavy. It is so demoralsing that not a single company uses affindi products.
