Pros
The physicians in this group were truly some of the best people, patients were always grateful for the attention provided by doctors and staff. It is a small office and therefore team work was important and done very well generally. Everyone was willing to help and the “all hands on deck” motto applied through and through. Really a well oiled machine, the oil is money-they pay really well and provided uniforms. Very unique healthcare experience, executive physicals and a lot to learn.
Cons
Biggest con and warning for job seekers is… your job is secure until it isn’t and no there will be no signs or warnings, they put out employees like trash no matter how much they’ve invested. They work with high end clients and therefore there was a fair amount of attention to appearance not really a con, but a warning - they care about how you look.
