      Technology is lacking and behind the times. Management does not understand the need for improvement and bringing AEI's technology use up to industry standards. Benefits are below industry standards

      Pros

      They hired me Project work can be interesting There is flexibility to go your own way (not a lot of structure) There's some great employees, but I never work with them

      Cons

      Corporate Culture is boring Some individuals work long hours, much harder than others Poor management structure Only place I have worked where I don't feel I belong or they want me to contribute Worst toilet paper ever!!!
