All members of the team are consistently informed about various aspects of the business. Throughout my interactions with team members, which include recruiting, clinical, tech, and my supervisor, I have consistently had positive experiences. My perspective is valued and considered important. From the beginning of the process, I had the opportunity to meet the upper management of our organization. Upon starting my job approximately four months ago, I had the opportunity to provide input regarding my preferred days and hours of work, as well as the scheduling of my groups. Every individual has been approachable and supportive, always willing to lend a hand when needed. I appreciate being treated as both an individual and an integral part of the team. Our work environment goes beyond the usual business routine. We prioritize taking the time to share our thoughts and engage in practices like meditation and expressing gratitude. I value the fact that I have weekly supervision sessions, as they provide me with the opportunity to voice any concerns or questions that I may have. This regular interaction and support are highly appreciated.
