Understanding management, Fun technical challenges. Lots of ownership in problems. Whenever I needed technical assistance finding things I could ask without issue from senior engineers and management without any friction
Cons
For a small startup it doesn’t move that quickly. But that’s because it’s both rather an older startup and it as a very established product base.
