Of all the job offers I had, I am so glad that I ultimately chose Aesus! From the start, this company has had such a welcoming team & atmosphere. I feel that I am appreciated not only for my work but for who I am and feel the sense of belonging that you'd hope for. It also doesn't hurt that it has a beautiful office space and great perks! In my specific role, I appreciate the clarity of my responsibilities but also the opportunities to be innovative. On a spectrum from bored to stressed, I feel it is the perfect level of challenge. I am energized by the work I get to do and look forward to going to work each day! I feel very supported in my learning & encouraged daily by my team. I appreciate the flexibility and patience of my manager but also his constructive feedback to help me better understand my role and grow my skills. I would strongly recommend Aesus and feel very greatful to be a part of this company.

I liked the people in my department as soon as I started, they were very nice and welcoming. The machines are impressive and there is a lot of knowledgeable people in all departments. I really appreciate the flexible schedule and hours, it fits well with my personal life.
