Compensation and benefits are fair. No bonuses though. Most people are easy to work with.
Cons
You will be overworked to the point where your health starts to deteriorate and your personal life is nonexistent. You may be spied upon by other employees who don't work. Collaboration is next to zero and those outside your department have no incentive to help make the products better. Planning as a company is very poor - no cross-functional warnings as to when parts will be manufactured, inspected, or shipped. Management and human resources cannot be trusted. You will have no one to go to if you need help.
