Lots of opportunity to travel around the world on a number of different projects.

Salaries and benefits are on the low side of competitive for the aerospace industry. Strict rules controlling internet access prevent employees from finding resources to do the job better. Cultural differences between Spain (location for upper management and all support staff, IT, HR, etc) and U.S. are very evident and create significant waste.
