Having to leave such a great job, companies, & friends due to some unexpected events.

Good combination of smart and experienced people. Good collaboration between business and tech - usually an issue with previous startups I've been at where business dominates the conversation forcing unrealistic expectations of the tech team. Team environment - people actually care about each other and help each other even if it's not something that's their focus area. No politics or drama - it's all about performance.

Depends on the individual - if they're looking for a big company feel/structure or just focusing on assigned tasks and don't like collaborating with others - this may not be a good fit.
