Don't trust these other reviews - Anonymous employee Aequilibrium Employee Review

Howdy! Gagan here—Recruiting and Culture Coordinator. Thanks for taking out the time to express your views about Aequilibrium. We take these reviews as critical feedback and ensure we take the necessary measures to become a better organization. I just wanted to clarify some of the concerns listed in this review. First, Glassdoor is a credible job board source. Employers do not have the authority to delete any of the employee or candidate reviews. In terms of the comment regarding our Marketing and PR team, we actually don’t have a PR team. Our Marketing team consists of one person whose efforts are focused on growth hacking and client account management. Our CEO or any other teammate at Aequilibrium has never pressured anyone to write a Glassdoor review, and in fact, since these reviews are anonymous, we don’t even know who has been saying the wonderful things about Aequilibrium! If you have any other questions about Aequilibrium, or other ways we can improve as a company, I would love to jump on a quick call with you or take you to Milano for a hedgehog mocha (they’re amazing!).
