Your fellow co-workers (excluding management) care about doing the right things and taking care of the customers. You develop strong camaraderie with your co-workers in sharing all the dysfunctional stories about the company They issue employees Macs and not Window laptops. Most of us long timers believe the company could of been special if management didn't make the wrong bets and drive the company to the ground

Management is completely clueless in the marketplace or they seriously just don't care Management has absolutely zero respect for the employee base The culture is completely about blame and criticism Nepotism - Its a morale killer and very unfair SERIOUSLY NO ONE LIKES WORKING HERE
