      No benefit I felt when I was working.

      Cons

      1. No management support for new joiners to understand the company culture. 2. Too much workload on single person as in freshers level work will be done by senior manager to save money on hiring skilled professionals. 3. No Family Time.

      HR was very responsive when I brought up the toxic environment.

      Cons

      They do not value their employees. Employees who have been there for years treat new employees like trash.
