Pros

Great recruitment & network support: Huge credit to the recruiting team, especially Eli Shoham, for a fantastic interview process. I'm also incredibly grateful for the strong internal recommendation from my mentor, Kamal Mirza, which made the transition into the company seamless. Organized onboarding: The HR and onboarding teams really have their act together, making sure I had all the tools and setup needed to hit the ground running without the usual first-week headaches. Approachable culture & leadership: Local leadership is very welcoming and easy to talk to. In particular, my boss, Jay Yap, is a great leader who truly embodies every core value of Aegis. Coming in with about 12 years of experience, I can already see a solid environment here for collaboration and handling complex projects.

Cons

Too early to tell: Honestly, I’m still way too new to give a fair assessment of any downsides or long-term cons. I haven't run into any red flags yet, but I'm still settling in and learning the day-to-day rhythms of the company.

Pros

From the very beginning of the interview and onboarding process, Aegis Project Controls made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely valued. Everyone I interacted with was down to earth, approachable, and transparent, which made the entire experience feel much more personal than transactional. Shouts out to Eli from HR and Raghavi in Senior Leadership! One thing that really stood out to me was their commitment to bringing more women into the construction and project controls industry. In a field that has traditionally been male dominated, it was refreshing to see a company that truly values diversity, inclusion, and creating opportunities for women to grow and succeed.

Cons

As with many growing companies, there can be a learning curve when transitioning into new projects and processes, but the team is supportive and more than willing to help.
