      Process movement is available. 1.5days week offs available. Can apply for IJP after 6months.

      Cons

      Casual and Sick leaves are not applied first instead of Paid leaves. HR communication is really hard.

      Caring team, amazing clients. I enjoyed my time at Aegis and only left because I moved out of state for family reasons.

      The scheduling could be more flexible .
