      You get a lot of freedom to express your self and do whatever you want to do to increase the profitability of the company

      Too much focus on profitability . We need to work on employee satisfaction and retention now.

      Caring team, amazing clients. I enjoyed my time at Aegis and only left because I moved out of state for family reasons.

      The scheduling could be more flexible .
