Worst company ever worked - Senior IT Executive Aegis Employee Review

I work in IT more than one year too much work pressure,there is no open work environment for junior level employees.Only work work and work no appreciation or motivation.Highly unprofessional managers come office drunk and slang badly to their team members.Top management is sleeping.
